Return & Refund Policy

At Prestige Steel Storages, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality steel storage products with precision and care. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our straightforward return and refund policy.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Returns are only initiated if agreed upon separately and do not apply to regular orders. 

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described at the time of delivery.

  • You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
     

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and has all the original packaging, labels, and invoice intact.
     

Please note: Customized orders and made-to-measure steel products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Products damaged due to improper use, installation, or handling after delivery
     

  • Items that have been used, modified, or assembled
     

  • Any product returned beyond the 24 hours return window
     

  • Products without the original packaging or proof of purchase
     

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at 📧 prestigestorages@gmail.com or 📞 +91 6361 173 181 within 24 hours of delivery.
     

  2. Provide your order number, images of the product (if damaged/defective), and a short description of the issue.
     

  3. Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the return pickup or drop-off process.
     

Please do not send back any product without our prior confirmation.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

 

If approved:

  • A full or partial refund (depending on the condition) will be processed to your original method of payment.
     

  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 working days.
     

If your return is rejected (due to non-eligibility), we will inform you with reasons, and the product will be sent back to your address.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order only before it has been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed. However, you may raise a return request upon delivery as per our policy above.

Important Notes

  • Ensure that you inspect the product at the time of delivery. Any visible damages must be reported immediately to the delivery agent or customer support.
     

  • If the package appears tampered with, do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately.
