6. Open Box Delivery and Product Inspection

Prestige Steel Storage follows an Open Box Delivery process to promote transparency and ensure customer satisfaction.

Customers are encouraged to inspect the product in the presence of our delivery personnel.
The delivered product should be checked for visible physical damage, quantity, specifications, and applicable components.
Any visible damage, missing components, or discrepancies must be reported to our delivery team immediately during the inspection.
Our team will assist in addressing any issues identified during the delivery process.

Prestige Steel Storage takes responsibility for the product until delivery, open-box inspection, and the applicable product demonstration have been completed by our team.

7. Product Demonstration and Installation

8. Warranty
